We created the Feel Good Nook to encourage support and communication with each other as our friendship deepens in the area of spirituality. Life is ever-changing and demanding. It’s important to stay connected with your heart, mind, and soul on a consistent basis to optimize your well being. I’m Angelica, a creatrix and paradigm shifter whose head is always up in the clouds. Just picture Ariana Grande singing “God is woman!” and you’ll know what I’m like - short, sassy, and sweet with a knack for creative expression through the art of living. In this lifetime, family and education has really shaped who I am. From hardship to embodying my inner goddess, I am fortunate to dive into the sea of infinite wisdom to find meaning and peace. I do so through the love of yoga, meditation, divine guidance, and expansion of the mind. I wholeheartedly believe every soul has a unique role in the quantum entanglement that is our current reality. And how lucky are we to be entangled at this very point in time?
When I’m not exploring other dimensions, I officially ground myself in Northwest Indiana, where my partner Rene and I tend to our lovely home with our two children, Isaac & Celeste. We spend afternoons throwing baseballs, smelling flowers, and foraging in our backyard. As for my profession, naturally, I’ve chosen the teaching trajectory. A learning environment is where I thrive, as I work ceaselessly to bridge the gap between science and spirituality. My interests always start with aliens and typically end with plants. My love for life has no end, as I answer the call to action to share my light and assemble with light-workers to create a better Earth. I was sent to impact the world with words and now I get to do it with my bestie!

Hi, I’m Samantha. I’ve always had an explorer spirit. Often questioning our existence and amazed by our world. Existentialism is in my wheelhouse! I grew up on the south side of Chicago and was raised by my loving father and five siblings who made sure to fill my days with mentors, learning, and activities. Those intense teen years would later earn me scholarships to attend a private high school and then a full-ride leadership scholarship that paid for my college education. Two stepping stones that kicked off my soul’s appetite to experience all that life had to offer outside of my hometown.
We’re taught to follow a linear path - graduate from college, work at a company for several years, get married, buy a home, have children, then travel. Let’s just say I’m too curvy for straight lines!
Instead, I embraced my 20s to explore myself, places, and cultures. I lived abroad in Spain for five months during college, then traveled to several countries, islands, and states as an adult. Moved across the country to live in Los Angeles for nearly five years, and now I'm in Seattle.
Looking back, it feels like I’ve lived several lifetimes. However, a recent health issue stopped me on my tracks! To heal I stopped everything - traveling, socializing, and working. Talk about existentialism, being faced with the delicacy of life really puts the past and present into perspective. Strangely, now it feels like my life is just beginning in certain ways. Embarking on this new journey where I get to connect, create, and give back with my best friend couldn’t be more exciting!
